Free 30-minute call

Every project starts with a free 30-minute call — Zoom by default, in person if you're local. We ask about your business, your customers, and what you actually need the site to do. We diagnose before we pitch, and we'll tell you honestly what your business needs, even if it isn't us. Within 48 hours you'll have a written, fixed-price proposal — and no deposit is taken until you've seen it.

Design

Refundable until you approve

A 50% deposit starts the project — fully refundable until you approve the design. We design your homepage first and refine it with you: layout, colors, type, the lot. No themes, no templates, nothing recycled. You approve the design in writing before a single line of code is written — or walk away with your deposit back.

What you get

  • A custom design made for your business only
  • Mockups of the real pages, not vague mood boards
  • A full refund if you don't love it

What we need from you

  • Your logo and any photos you have (we can help if you don't)
  • Honest reactions — "I don't like it" is useful data
  • A written yes before we build

Build

Progress you can watch

The approved design becomes a real website — fast, mobile-first, and built to modern standards. The full site goes up on a private staging link so you can click through it on your own phone, with two revision rounds included to get it right. Updates come in plain English, not developer-speak, and questions are welcome the whole way through.

Launch

Launch day · And after

You give final approval, pay the remaining 50%, and we take your site live — domain, hosting, SSL, and search engine basics all handled. For the first 7 days we fix small things free of charge, then care plans keep us handling everything if you'd rather not think about it. Prefer to own it all outright? A full handoff is always on the table.
