Is the quote really fixed?
Yes. Once we've agreed on scope, the number in writing is the number you pay. If you ask for more mid-project, we'll quote the addition separately before doing it — the original price never quietly inflates.
How do payments work?
50% when you're ready to start — fully refundable until you approve the design in writing. 50% at launch. No hourly billing, no invoices you didn't see coming. Larger projects can be split into three.
What if I don't like the design?
Then you don't pay for it. Your deposit is fully refundable any time before you approve the design in writing. We'd rather refund a deposit than build something you don't love.
How many revisions do I get?
During design: we refine it with you until you'd genuinely sign off — that approval is the gate, not a revision counter. During the build you get two full revision rounds on the private staging site. After launch, changes are quoted as fixed add-ons or covered by your care plan hours.
Who owns the website?
You do. Stay on a care plan and we run everything for you, or take the full handoff — complete source code, accounts, and hosting transferred to you with a training session, for a one-time flat fee quoted at launch.
What about hosting and the domain?
Both are covered by every care plan — quoted with your proposal, with backups, security updates, and monitoring included. Prefer to run it yourself? Take the full handoff and we'll transfer hosting and domain into your accounts.
What happens after launch?
For the first 7 days we fix small things free of charge. After that, stay on a care plan and we keep handling everything — hosting, updates, support — or take the full handoff and own it outright. Either way, changes are always a message away, quoted before we do them.
